Camp K-12 proudly announces the student of the week, Siladityaa Shama, a student of DPS Vasant Kunj. Siladityaa is competent enough in making professional level animated videos and stupendous graphic design work! The 16 year old student is a self taught expert on Graphic Design, Art Direction, and Video editing.

Let’s gorge on details about this young champ.

How we discovered the student?

Siladityaa participated in Camp K-12’s online competitions, winning the contests with his fantastic designs, a poster under the topic “Batman v/s Ironman” for the Graphic Design competition and a Google-Android app video with amazing motion graphics on Adobe After Effects for the Animation competition and that too in just a month.

How he got interested in this field?

It all started with his curiosity towards technology through the computer club in his school.  The inspiration he got from seniors and watching tutorials online ushered in a new confidence within him. Kids talked at school about Camp K-12’s workshops and its prestigious contests. He didn’t miss a chance for our Google-Android app video competition and came up with a very imaginative video.

Curious Siladityaa maintains an account on Behance, where he showcases his work on a worldwide platform, he says that it was his seniors who suggested him to do so.
Here are a few works from Siladityaa’s account:

What are his future plans?

Siladityaa puts forward a thought on working on his own app idea during summer vacations. He hasn’t learnt any programming language yet but he’s pretty sure that by the end of his vacations he will pull it off.
He aspires to be a UI (User Interface) Designer, though people advise him otherwise, that doesn’t deter him from achieving his goals.

What does he say about Camp K-12?

“Camp K-12” he says, “is doing a tremendous job by conducting competitions for students to showcase their tech talent. They always come up with interesting projects for the students to work on, in a very engaging manner and also recognize their brimming potential through their frequent updates.”

Camp K-12 is glad to have him and wishes him all the success in future.
