1.0 Course Mergers and Cancellations
For offline/in-person courses taking place within school campuses or Camp K12’s own campuses:
- Camp K12/the school/partner institution reserves the right to cancel a course or merge courses based on their discretion, for example if there are fewer than 7 students enrolled in the course.
- In the event of course cancellations or mergers, you are eligible for a full refund if you are not satisfied with the newly merged or assigned course.
2.0 Course Withdrawal from Student’s or Parent’s side
For offline/in-person courses taking place within school campuses or Camp K12’s own campuses:
- Withdrawal within a week prior of camp starting or after it starts – No Refund
- Withdrawal 7-14 days prior to camp start – 50% refund
- Withdrawal 15 days or more prior to the camp start – 100% Refund
3.0 Process and Timeline for Refunds
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving and acknowledging the refund request back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
You can initiate a refund request by either emailing us or using the chat feature available on the site. Please use clear subject lines for emails, e.g. starting with “[Refund Request] …”
